Dispatch Time
For items in stock, you can expect a swift dispatch within just 1-7 business days. We also provide the option for free local pick up, where you can conveniently pick up your items from our Geelong warehouse Monday to Friday. For Saturday pick up, please contact our friendly team for availability.

While we’re here to provide you with estimated delivery times, please keep in mind that variations may occur due to a range of factors. Where there are any delays, we will always keep you informed.

Our delivery service is designed with simplicity and ease in mind.
If choose to have your items delivered to your home address, they will be placed at the front door of your home, or at the ground floor entrance of your apartment/commercial building, during weekdays only.
We require a person over the age of 18 to be at the address to receive the order. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure someone over the age of 18 will be available to receive the order. If you know yourself or another person will not be available at the delivery address, please let us know.
Please note that this service does not include delivery up stairs or via lifts. If you need your items placed somewhere outside of these areas, additional costs may be applied. Delivery Process
Our delivery process is thoughtfully divided into two primary stages:
Processing Time: This stage includes order verification, quality checks, and expert packaging. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link. Generally, orders are swiftly dispatched within 1-2 business days after placement.
Shipping Time: Once your order departs from our warehouse, items typically find their way to your destination within the timeframes listed above unless otherwise advised.
Delivery Fees
Our Acoustic Wood Panel and End Slat delivery fees are calculated at checkout. The total cost of your delivery will be automatically generated after you enter your suburb and postcode. These fees can vary depending on your location and how many panels you order.
