You have a generous 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
For a return to be eligible, your item must remain in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on where and how to send your package. Remember, we can only accept returns if you contact us first; returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Questions and Concerns
Should you discover any damages or issues upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away and inform us immediately. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will work promptly to resolve the matter.
Exclusions and Special Items
Certain items, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to follow our return process. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund posting. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at support@zeusinterior.com
